Licensed to Confident™ is a 12-week, side-by-side mentorship in my private treatment room. You're not watching from the corner. You're doing the work, with real clients, and I'm right there with you.
This isn't a group coaching program or a one-day class. It's a genuine residency. Real clients, real skin, real-time feedback, and real conversations about building a business you're proud of.
I designed this program because I've watched talented new estheticians struggle in that first year. Not because they're not skilled, but because they didn't have anyone in their corner. This is me being that person for you.

After I review your application, I'll reach out to set up a brief call. This is a chance for both of us to ask questions, get on the same page about your goals, and make sure this is the right step for you right now.

You show up and do the work
We build your personalized Menu of Mastery and get to work in the treatment room. You bring your own clients to your sessions, so you're building your book from day one. Real technique, real feedback, real conversations about your career.

Licensed to Confident™ is specifically designed for newly licensed estheticians who want real hands-on experience beyond what school provided. If you have your license but don't yet feel confident working independently with clients, this is for you.
Yes. You bring your own clients to your sessions throughout the residency. The good news is that every client you work with is yours — they leave with you when you're done. You're building your actual book from day one, not just practicing on models.
That's exactly who this program is designed for. You don't need to feel confident before you start. That's the whole point. You just need your license and the willingness to show up and do the work.
Yes. This is a fully in-person residency. You'll be working side by side with me in my treatment room in Seabrook, TX. The hands-on experience is what makes this work.
You can finance your investment through Cherry or Affirm. Flexible monthly payment options are available. Reach out and I'll walk you through the details.
You leave with real experience, a refined technique, a clear understanding of products and ingredients, and the confidence to charge your worth. Many mentees leave with clients and a plan already in place to launch or grow their business.
I take a miximum of 3 mentees per season. This is intentional. The level of attention and mentorship I provide requires that I keep the number very small. Once spots fill, the next opening could be several months away.
